Cynthia Bertha's mission is to provide quality care through the approaches  of Dynamic Eating Psychology and Mind-Body Nutrition, Therapeutic Massage, and Healing Touch allowing each client to travel and achieve their individual wellness journey.


She graduated from Kansas College of Chinese Medicine (KCCM) Oriental Bodywork Program in 2005 where she served on faculty for two years. In addition to her National Board Certification in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork,  she continued her education earning additional certifications: Bodywork for Childbearing Years (Pre-Natal Massage), Infant Massage Instructor and many hours of training in Myofascial Release with John F. Barnes, PT.


In May 2009, she was conferred as a Certified Healing Touch Practitioner by the Board of Certification of Healing Touch International.

 

Cynthia  is a Certified Eating Psychology Coach.     During her training at the Institute of the Psychology of Eating, an  internationally acclaimed program, she has learned powerful cutting-edge tools and protocols that enable her to work with weight issues, body image challenges, overeating, binge eating, and a variety of nutrition related health  concerns such as digestion, fatigue, mood, immunity, and others.  The skills she uses are a combination of practical coaching techniques, results-oriented psychology, clinical nutrition, body-centered practices, mind-body science, and a positive and compassionate approach to challenges with food and health.


She is a professional member of American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA), Healing Touch International (HTI), and American Holistic Nurses Association (AHNA).
